Don and Bo are Married Sneak Peek

Tyler’s Uncle Don married Bo in a cabin wedding in Idyllwild back in March. Lillian and her cousin were bridesmaid’s and it was such a lovely surprise that it was snowing. I have never taken pictures in the snow so I had a lot of fun and they are just the cutest couple. So happy to have Bo in our family. Enjoy !

Baptism Shoot of 2 Sweet Girls- Mia & Alice

These sweet girls have made a decision to get baptized to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.  The baptisms will take place in one of the churches, but we took pictures at the Newport Temple.  These girls have known each other since birth so taking pictures of them together is such a special thing that they will always remember.

Much love and support to these 2 sweet girls !!

Enjoy!

A year can go by so quickly , and I am so excited when friends reach out and ask me to take their pictures.  Last year I got to take pictures of my friend Abba and her mom.  They are literally the cutest duo, and I hope one day I will take pictures with my daughter like this.  I am so happy Abba reached out this year because it’s so nice to see old friends.

P & C Nursery

These beautiful succulents are from P&C Nursery in Corona.  The owner Eugenia is such a sweet lady who has created a very beautiful nursery.  Lillian and I enjoy visiting the nursery, and Eugenia even let her water the flowers.  Just being there and seeing all the different types of plants was really neat.  During Spring, we planted many vegetables from the nursery and we all loved picking the vegetables and fruit that grew in our garden.  If you haven’t checked it out and are local, I would stop by especially with the kiddos so they can enjoy the nursery.

Here are some succulents that she will be putting on her website.

Enjoy !

Japan

Japan!! I went to Japan!!!

So excited to share these pictures of the recent trip that I took with one of my best friends Courtney.  It was 6 days in Japan starting at Osaka then Kyoto, a visit near Mount Fuji at Lake Hamanako, and ended in Tokyo.

I’ve been looking forward to this trip, and it was the furthest place that I have ever traveled too.  I get nervous on planes, but I was able to conquer that fear on the 16 hour flight hehe.  I was excited to be in a different culture, taste the food, see new things, and just try to soak up everything that I could learn while I was there.

What impressed me the most was the people. Their kindness was above and beyond what I expected.  They were so helpful and went the extra mile in trying to help you.  We met a nice older man on the subway day 1 in Osaka. I believe his name was Inu.  He was getting off at the same stop, and walked us in the right direction in where we needed to go .He also wrote down some  Japanese phrases we could use.  Another incident, in the subway hehe Subways are not something I use so I would ask people sometimes where we needed to go , but when walking in a store and asking someone for directions even if their was a language barrier, we used hand gestures to communicate, and they would even ask around to their other employees in trying to help us.  The sweetest gesture to me was when I asked a group of teenage boys about directions to a nearby temple, they got out their gps  and walked 11 minutes with us to the front of the temple. We talked about baseball and other things ,but I felt impressed on how caring the people were there.  Also very considerate Ex:  no talking on your phone in the subway , if you talk to other people around you to keep it down.  Taking care of your own trash.  They would carry bags inside their bags and just take care of their own trash. Everywhere seemed really clean ,I honestly didn’t see any liter on the ground.  Courtney and I were kind of obsessed with these awesome vending machines they had. I remember a group of of girls getting excited and clapping and cheering after Courtney got this cute little elephant from one of them.

So the people and their kindness impressed me .

Food wise, I was excited to try some food. We had a list of what we wanted to eat from each city.  I’m not as adventurous as my friend Courtney (I feel she has a wide pallet) but i did try everything and had sushi raw fish style for the first time. I think I may have eaten an eel too.

My favorite places to Visit was Nara Park  (all the cute deer are there among the Buddhist Temple and  the oldest Shrine).  The Golden Buddhist Temple  was so beautiful and I had so much fun in the Tokyo  Mori art digital museum . The most coolest museum I’ve ever been too. Fun for all ages .

I honestly enjoyed It all but these were my favorite.

Hope you enjoy the pictures !

p.s I took more picture then this but these were my favorites  that I took. I have plenty of me standing in front of cool places and giving a peace sign or holding my hand out gesturing hey look at this hehe but what’s on here was me tapping back into photography something that I’m slowly bringing back into my life. p.s.s I love photography but life gets busy so when I’m ready to take on that schedule you’ll see more of it .

okay here it is  My japan pictures !!

Lillian’s 2 !!

My precious little peach is 2 years old! Time has really flown by this year. I have really enjoyed seeing her sweet personality come through, and we all just love her to bits!  One of her favorite things to do is to go shopping.  Any kind of shopping but especially the grocery store.  She gets free cookies, stickers, balloons, and we have made friends along the way at our local grocery store. Those who work in produce will cut fresh fruit for her every time and bring her a small plate of it.  It’s too cute and they are so sweet! Unfortunately they have a no photo policy, so we took pictures at another grocery store nearby. Everyone at Vons was very nice and Lillian had a absolute blast. I love my sweet girl! Happy Birthday to Lillian! Mommy’s, Daddy’s and Bobo’s aka Orion’s Best friend!!!
